Gregg J. Borri
Partner
Gregg J. Borri received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1979. While at Washington & Lee, Mr. Borri was Executive Editor of the Washington & Lee University Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif, a prestigious national legal honor society limited to students graduating in the top rank of their class. Mr. Borri received his B.A. from Colgate University in 1976.
Mr. Borri is admitted to practice in two states and before numerous courts: 1980, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia; 1981, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits; 1984, New York and U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; 1989, U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit; 1996, New Jersey and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
Mr. Borri has been active in professional organizations: New York State Bar Association (Member, Sections on: Business Law; Commercial and Federal Litigation and Creditor Rights Committee and Executive Committee, American Bar Association (Member, Sections on: Litigation and Commercial and Financial Services Committee; Business Law) and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
James D. Crutchfield

Mr. Crutchfield received his J.D. degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1987 and his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Rochester in 1984.
Mr. Crutchfield is admitted to practice law in two states and several courts: 1987, Virginia, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia and U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit; 1994, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; 2003, New York and U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.
Yelena Kozlova
Associate
Yelena Kozlova received her J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2009. Ms. Kozlova was an associate editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property Journal and an associate editor of the Fordham Moot Court Board.
On Moot Court, Ms. Kozlova was awarded Best Brief and was a semi-finalist in the I. Maurice Wormser Competiton.
Ms. Kozlova received her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from IONA College in 2006.
Ms. Kozlova is admitted to practice in New York, 2010; and New Jersey, 2009.
Ksenya C. Hentisz
Legal Assistant
Ksenya C. Hentisz received her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from New York University in 2008 with a double major in politics and history.
Miss Hentisz was admitted to the NYU chapter of the history honors society Phi Alpha Theta. She also received highest honors in history for her senior thesis.
Olta Gjoca
Legal Assistant
Olta Gjoca graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University with a degree in history and French.
In her sophomore undergraduate year, Olta was a Gilman scholar for a semester abroad.
